Secret Santas
Secret Santas is a community effort to ensure as many children as possible have a gift for Christmas, through gift donations and "Secret Santa Volunteers"
Anyone wishing to donate a toy/s or clothing item/s need only message us on Facebook – Secret Santas Community Outreach, and we will provide you with a drop off location. If necessary we’ll arrange a meeting to pick up your item. We accept donations year round, so no child is left behind at Christmas…. Currently Ages Infant-17. Contributors are individuals and businesses. You may contribute monetarily, or donate new or “Like New” items. If you are unable to contribute in this manner, but still want to help, please feel free to volunteer and become a “Secret Santa” yourself.
*We guarantee a single gift but thus far have also been able to provide a gift, a book, and stuffed toy. We do not know exactly what is in the gift. We box them and label them by sex and age. This keeps it fair. We don’t know who got the more expensive or new donated toy or who received a gently used when we box them this way.
There are 3 requirements to qualify.
- You must have a need- Your child wouldn’t otherwise have a gift this Christmas.
- You must be a Johnson, Miami, Douglas or Franklin County KS Resident (or Grandfathered in from years of receiving prior if you are applying in the KC Metro area).
- You MUST join AND follow the Secret Santas Community Outreach page for important notifications including pick up location. You must be able to pick up the gifts from our pickup location. The pickup location which will be posted up to two weeks before Christmas. Currently the pick up location is a Main Event off 119th & I35 in Olathe KS.
Note: Secret Santas Facebook Group and this website are public groups. By posting/sharing in the group, you realize and are aware your posts are public and may be viewed and or shared by anyone. You also understand and agree any photos you share, or those taken at one of our events could be shown in our photo galleries or Facebook group, or advertisements.

We are sorry be we unable to DELIVER. We simply do not have the time or enough volunteer staff, as we provide for hundreds of children. You must be able to pick up your items at our local event venue or “Santa’s Workshop”. .
The premise “No child left without a gift under the tree”.
This means your child did not make another list, or you did not realize you would need help so didn’t make the deadlines for other funded programs. This group is for the children who fall through the cracks. Perhaps you miss the state-funded program by a mere $20 a month income but still can’t afford a gift for example.
***You cannot receive a gift/s from our program if you are receiving from another. Ours is for the children who fall through the cracks. If you’ve got a gift from another organization and then take ours that leaves other girls and boys without a gift.*
While we ask for toy/gift donations some prefer to donate financially and have us pick out the toys. If you donate under $250 you are not required to have a receipt, however Secret Santas USA is in the midst of filing for our 501c3 status. In the interim we do have a Fiscal Sponsor.
